Panos Gourgiotis: Vocals, Guitars, Programming
Panos Gourgiotis is a Greek songwriter, born in Athens in 1984. He lives in Brussels. In 2003, Panos had his classical guitar degree and he started teaching. He participated twice in song Festival of Thessaloniki, the biggest TV song-contest in Greece at that time, and in his second appearance he got the Special Jury Award for the Best Lyrics.
He has worked with top Greek and foreign artists, such as
Lavrentis Mahairitsas, Myron Stratis, Craig Walker and manymore.
Earlier this year he presented a tribute to one of his greatest influences, Manos Hadjidakis. It was the first of a series of tribute concerts,
and is followed by this one dedicated to ‘Stavros tou Notou’.
At the same time, he is in the studio recording the debut album of his new
English-language Brussels-based project "Pocket in Red".
