Piano : Fanny Tran Quotations & voice : Eric Parisis
A concert and show with piano pieces, quotations and songs by the French composer Erik Satie played by Fanny Tran and sung by Eric Parisis. Considered by many French composers of the early 20th C. as the leader of the new French style, before Debussy and Ravel, Satie was an authentic creator of beautiful melodies and many excellent piano pieces, in witch he usually put funny underlined comments alluding to his own life. Full of sadness and loneliness, his funny texts criticize the musical life of his time and illustrate his ideas and Dadaist or surrealistic thoughts.

Many concerts as a soloist, ex. in Beloeil, the Museum of the City of New-York, Paris (Montmartre) etc... and tours for Youth & Music in Belgium and Poland. Recordings of Erik Satie‘s music for piano, songs of Maria Krysinska (with her daughter Nathalie Tran) , “Florilège 1 & 2”, CDs of her compositions for different instruments or voice. Fanny Tran is also a producer of short movies and interviews about music.
