In the context of the musical fundraising activities for Greece organized by Art Base ( called ‘Music4Greece’), artist Barbara Stacher and Art Base now launch ‘Art4Greece’.
Barbara Stacher presents her paintings in Art Base Gallery, and her sales benefits will be forwarded to the Greek humanitarian aid NGOs ‘GIATROI TOU KOSMOU’ and ‘O ALLOS ANTHROPOS’( see links below).

RECENT PAINTINGS BY BARBARA STACHER
Mediterranean colors and shapes brings to us the sensuality and strength as well as the contrasts of the Mediterranean palette. Barbara’s work is based upon the spontaneity and the strength of the instinctive, an approach generous in impastos and rhythmical traces.
Barbara Stacher, born in Vienna in 1967, graduated in economics and international relations. From her early life on, she dedicates herself to painting and sculpture and has been pursuing formal art education inter alia by the Art Academies of Ixelles and Etterbeek as well as private ateliers and has exhibited her work in different places (in Brussels, Salle Allende-ULB and Espace Art Gallery).
