Nara Noian was born in Erevan, the capital of Armenia. From her first years the arts were part and parcel of her life. Still very young she started playing at theatre performances, and teaching music at the Ararat Conservatory. Her participation in the movie 'Nostalgie' by Frounsé Dovlatian gave her much recognition. She moved to France and Belgium and set up music schools and art centers while acting and playing her music, always shifting easily from one to another. She appeared on several CD's (with Christian Merveille, Adamo, Annie Cordy) and created her own music group called 'Bradyaga'. Her first CD 'Promesses' was published in 2005, followed by 'Cristal', 'Kino' and 'Oriental Express', her most recent work. She also composed music for theatre ( 'Passage' by Jacques Mercier) and toured very successfully with the Uzbek and Tunisian singers Sevara Nazarkhan and Ghalia Benali.
