Description

All of Aldona's songs are particular stories. Stories woven with the fabric of different particular moments of her life. Her songs are a reflection of the way she beholds the world, which is soft, deep and poetic. Short sentences, hidden meanings, softness, timelessness, a poetic language: all those specificities concur to her vision of the world. Shakespeare, Dickinson, Iwaszkiewicz, Ferenc, sacred texts. and her own lyrics of course. Aldona has kept within her the sounds and chants and noises of Poland, which still live in her and unite with those of today.
