Description

Phung Bao Ngoc was born in 1991, Vietnam. She started piano when she was 10 years old. After 1 year, she enrolled in Ho Chi Minh Conservatory of Music and worked with Professor Ngo Thi Ngoc Lan for 12 years. During this time, she collected plenty of scholarships from global government and school (Toyota Scholarship, Kumho Scholarship). She participated in concerts in Vietnam such as The International Piano Festival 2011, The "Autumn Melodies". She was one of the significant member of the Saigon Classical Music Group, which organizing concerts and presented classical music to young-age Vietnamese audiences. In 2015, she took her new life in Belgium, settled down, continued studying piano in the Royal Conservatory of Liège under the class of François Thiry and chamber music with François Deppe. In 2020 she moved to Royal Conservatory of Brussels to complete her piano skill in piano accompaniment with Philippe Riga.

Leopold Eibensteiner was born 1994 in Salzburg. He studied flute at the Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität Linz with Norbert Girlinger and completed complementary studies in jazz flute with Harry Sokal and piano with Andreas Thaller. Since September 2020 he studies flute at the Brussels Royal Conservatory with Baudoin Giaux and Ecritures
Classiques with Aldo Platteau. The focus of his flutistic work lies with French composers of the 20th century, as well as the combination of classical music with jazz. Accordingly, his repertoire includes works by Dutilleux, Jolivet and Hurel as well as Daniel Schnyder. The
performance of his piece “Loretxoa” November 2020 marks his debut
as a composer. Since his youth, Leopold Eibensteiner has been a
passionate singer. He has performed with the Salzburg Bach Choir and
has been leader, arranger, and tenor for the internationally successful
acapella-ensemble “Piccanto”.
