Event
DescriptionThe concert will turn around Bossa Nova, starting with Amália Baraona, Portuguese vocalist, who will present her album "Mulheres" (Women) which gathers Brazilian songs mostly from the Bossa Nova repertoire about women, from great composers such as Chico Buarque, Dorival Caymmi and Tom Jobim. Amália will be accompanied by two talented Brazilian musicians, brothers Fernando de Almeida Barros (guitar) and Wellington Barros (piano). In the second part, the brother's duo will be joined by Philippe Quevauviller to interpret songs of the first album of Bossa Flor, namely songs of Tom Jobim with texts of various authors (mainly Vinicius de Moraes) adapted in French versions.
