ARGENTINIAN SOUNDS- Facundo González Laborde-Piano


Graduated in the Conservatory of Music of Bahía Blanca and student of important pianists in Argentina as Dardo Scagnetti, Anton Biljenski (Slovenia),
Ignacio Ares, Orlando Millaá and Marcelo Balat.
Winner of several prices and recognitions in the Adalberto Tortorella Piano Competition (Buenos Aires), Cathedral Foundation Piano Competition (La Plata), Piano Competition of the International Festival of Pianists (Mar del Plata), Torneo Internazionale di Musica, Torino, Italy (Honor Diploma). Also distinguished with a TOYP Price (Ten Outstanfing Young Persons) for Cultural Achievement.
He performs often in concerts as a soloist and with chamber groups, in several halls of the country in Buenos Aires (Nestor Kirchner Cultural Center, Fernandez Blanco Museum, National Center of Music, etc), Córdoba, Santa Fé and Entre Ríos.
He won prestigiuos scholarships by the Argentinian Mozarteum, the National Endowment of Arts, and the government of Radolfzell am Bodensee (Germany).
Since several years he participates in concerts, courses and festivals in Europe,
performing in Germany (Radolfzell, Konz, Trier, Bitburg, Losheim),
France (Metz) and Italy (Lucca and Montepulciano).

Being awarded for the second time by the National Endowment of Arts, he will study and perform in the International Summer Sessions of Paris (France) and the Orpheus Akademie of Vienna (Austria) and will make a tourneé of solo concerts in León (Spain), Brussels (Belgium), London (United Kingdom) and Venice (Italy).
