DescriptionMikhail Bezverkhni is a Leningrad born violinist, painter, actor and composer. He built an impressive career as a solo violinist. He made numerous international tours and is a laureate and prize winner of various international competitions. In 1976, Mikhail Bezverkhni won the Grand Prix D'Elisabeth,
the first prize for violin at the Queen Elisabeth International Musical Competition in Brussels. He had to go back to the USSR, but after the collapse of the Wall in 1990 Mikhail Bezverkhni settled permanently in Belgium. In addition to the numerous violin recordings for labels as Melodia, Pavane, La Campanella, Deutsche Grammophone etc, he is also famous as a painter, conductor, actor and composer of soundtracks.
